Gavan started his Real Estate career in 2013 after leaving service as a Weapons System Operator (Fighter) in the backseat of the F-16D+ for the Republic of Singapore Air Force. Leaving his 'office in the skies', he expanded his wealth of knowledge becoming a Mortgage Banker with a top local bank in Singapore, achieving numerous awards in his time there.
An accomplished real estate consultant, backed with vast experience, he is able to confidently assist buyers and sellers to navigate the intricacies of the local luxury landed arena. In his time as a realtor, he has covered many segments of the local market, and has also successfully mentored budding new Real Estate Salespersons to assist them to kickstart their careers.
His believes in the importance of grit and tenacity in achieving success and has acquired different negotiation styles, and a reputation for excellent customer service with his attention to detail and promptness.
